The first phase of the project focused on building a robust and customer-friendly Shopify store tailored to Point S Hong Kong’s unique needs. Our team advised Point S on the optimal theme, which was then extensively customized to reflect Point S’ identity and unique product portfolio.

Following the successful launch of the new Shopify store, we began working with Point S on customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty program integration. The highlight of this phase was the implementation ofOMNI Loyalty, which introduced a structured rewards program designed to encourage repeat purchases and customer engagement. This included a custom-built customer account registration form, allowing for a more personalized onboarding experience.
為了進一步提升用戶體驗,我們在客戶帳戶中開發了產品重新訂購功能,使他們能夠方便地重新購買他們喜歡的汽車產品。此外,還整合了 Wave Vouchers 線上代金券,允許在線客戶在實體店兌換免費服務 - 彌合電子商務和面對面服務之間的差距,同時為 Point S 門店帶來客流。

The new Shopify store was fully developed and launched within just 1.5 months. Despite the tight timeline, we successfully delivered a fully customized, high-performance site tailored to Point S’s operational and customer needs, including a seamless omnichannel strategy!
